Silver Hill Homes is a 3rd generation homebuilding company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Silver Hill was founded by father & son, William M. Evans, Jr. and John C. Evans, who have nearly 50 years of combined experience in the business.

Our goal is to offer well-designed, quality constructed homes to our customers through an enjoyable experience.

About The Founders

John C. Evans

Prior to founding Silver Hill Homes, John spent a decade working for some of the best homebuilding companies in Atlanta. During that time he learned and mastered every facet of the business and had the privilege of being mentored by some of the most respected leaders in the industry. His areas of expertise include detailed market analysis in order to ensure our homes are built in the best communities of Atlanta and purchasing/construction management in order to pass both quality and savings on to our homeowners. He is a Georgia native and graduate of Emory University.

William M. Evans, Jr.

William (Bill) has been in the banking, building and development business for over 30 years. Prior to founding Silver Hill Homes, Bill has been a founding member of three financial banks – Heritage Bank, Premier Bankshares, and Piedmont Bank. He has been on the board of a NYSE company, a NASDAQ company and an American Stock Exchange company. He is also a past Board member of the Atlanta Regional Commission, Dekalb Development authority and Dekalb Chamber of Commerce. Bill is also the founder of several other well respected homebuilding companies in Atlanta. He is a Georgia native and graduate of the University of Georgia where he received his MBA.
