“From our initial meeting through the completion of our new home, working with Silver Hill homes was a wonderful experience. We contracted with Silver Hill when our lot was still vacant which
allowed us to be involved with every step of the process. Our biggest concern was that we lived six hours from the new house during construction. John eased all of those concerns by providing us with frequent updates and photographs of the progress during construction. He was extremely flexible with his schedule and met with us on
weekends when we were able to come to Atlanta. We had an extensive “wish list” for our new home and John was able to help us find the perfect floor plan as well as open to making changes to the design to customize it for our lifestyle. The process for making the decisions regarding flooring, countertops, appliances, fixtures, paint colors, etc. was extremely organized. John even had a designer assist us in order to make sure everything we choose worked together! Little things like that were so helpful in planning the perfect house! We were extremely impressed by John’s attention to detail and commitment to finishing the project on time. He is an honest, hardworking person. When any issue arose during construction John was quick to discuss it with us and propose a fair and reasonable solution. We valued his professionalism and recommendations. The house looks amazing! Even our home inspector (who is trained to find flaws) was extremely complimentary of the quality of construction and level of details and finishes. We are very fortunate to have found a builder who did not cut any corners and went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with the process and the outcome!”

We communicated this constraint to John, and he worked hard to give us a final close date and stick to it – ultimately delivering us
